Can anyone share me how to maintain the forms and registers? Hardcopy or Softcopy?
We have to maintain Hard copy only.

Dear Friend,
You can maintain Soft Copy also, when ever u needed request to print and show to the respective person / Audit / Labour Officer Inspection/ Others...

In most states there is a provision for applications to the department to allow maintaining records in electronic form. Electronic form does not mean excel files but inside a software with records in a manner that it can not be tampered with
In all other cases, the records are to be maintained in registers

You can maintain the shop and establishment registers in soft copy, as and can be printed if the auditor ask for the same..
