As per the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, it is mandatory for every workplace, having 10+ employees, to have an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) that would play a critical role in prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace.
its your duty/legal obligation to provide training to employees on the above subject, taking email or undertaking without any traing/camp etc is just NOTHING.
you need to implement the act in your organisation.
