Previously all of the employees had no bank accounts - after the bank account opened they are not signing on wages register

Dear sir, Please Advice that Previously all of the employees had no bank accounts, but now we made a bank account for all the employees, so they previously signed on wages register while taking their salary, but after the bank account opened they are not signing on wages register. Can it raise any legal issues in the future? Please suggest me.
