Dear Anonymous, can you list the things due to which you feel left out? Once you make the list, start working on those areas. For example, if technology is the issue, then you will need to invest time and energy to learn about it. If staying updated on current laws is the problem, then educate yourself by joining an HR group or learning from internet sources.
There is nothing that is impossible, but you need to identify where you are falling behind. Self-assessment is key in the right direction. This will help you cope, learn, and adapt to be on par with your colleagues.
