Kindly guide me in the following matter,
i am doing as HR in private company for past 9months. Before i have joined here the company name was different. For example, My company Name is "B pvt ltd". But before 1 year the company name was "A". . Now i need to know that do i need to give any letter to the employees those who are all working from "A" company and continuing their employment with the company "B pvt ltd". Please send me the formate or sample letter in regards.

Ensure that you communicate via notice board at the entrance and in each departments, HODs/TL the information that your company name is changed. Check whether you can provide the reason for the name change, logo etc and it's impact on trade in turn to employee's social recognition. Notify that importance of changing the stationaries especially the size, color, font of the company name/logo if any. It is good to monitor the changes (systems, stationaries, ID cards etc) for first month to ensure the impact of the change. Also it is HR resp to orient the employees the "company name" logic/reasons behind the name, importance of JV if any, details of logo etc and dos and donts. Hope this will help you to step ahead. 1. Registrar of Companies .
2.Asst Lab our Commissioner .
3.Electricity Board .
4. Pollution AIR & Water .
5. Environment Clearance .
6 DISH ( factory Inspector ) .
8. Muncipal Auth .
9.Police Auth Commissioner ./SP local police
