I have recently switched job and now i want to continue with the same PF Ac with my new employer.
But the issue is that, in my current months payslip the PF AC. is left blank.
So i thought of checking the standing balance in my A/C at EPF India website. To my surprise, the site is stating that the credentials provided are not valid.
I contacted my previous employer regarding this, for which they are saying that there is some issue with the EPF website.# I SMELL A RAT. #LEADING RETAILER IN INDIA.
I am using the A/C details, as provided in the payslip from the last drawn salary with my previous employer.
KINDLY SUGGEST THE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.

yes the site is bit troublesome , and if they have pending work they may submit late,
Now EPF number is not alloted by employer but employer can submit the data to EPFO and epfo will generate the EPF and UAN number for member, and in case of any data mismatch with aadhar/ pan , it get rejected random
as it is 1st salary slip, expect that in next salary slip your EPF number will appear
