Hi We are a start-up we hiring an employee in 40K salary, But I don't know how to make salary structure.
Even our company size is 5-10 employees & we are not deducting any PF ESI, So please tell how to make salary structure
what is his basic salary & other allowance, wages etc .

Dear sir,
You can prepare salary structure according to standard
Salary breakup heads
Basic - 50% gross
HRA- 40-50% of basic
Convince- 1600
Medical - 1250
Children educ. All - 200
Spacial allowance- balance
This structure as per standard and high salaries persons
Less salary persons like whose salary not more high
Basic - as per minimum wage
HRA- basic 40-50%
Convince- as per calculation note more than 1600
Medical- as per salary but not more than 1250
Special Allow- balance
And pf esic calculation
Pf calculation - earn basic * 12%
Esic - earn gross *1.75%

Whose basic salary less than or equal to 15000 you have to deduct his pf and whose gross salary less than or equl to 15000 deduct his esic

Few companies are not paying PF and ESI, How is it possible to pay salaries and in which account it is showing if they not are paying.
