Dear All,
Greetings for the day !!!
I have joined a company as HR and i have made all the formats (experience letter, relieving letter, Appointment letter, full & final settlement etc) required to be there as there were no Hr till now and now i am wandering what should i do next. Kindly suggest me how should i contribute in the welfare of my company so that i could come up with the good ideas to contribute.Do suggest please !!! I want to learn.

What is the nature of your industry? What is your product or service? Duties of HR depend on the nature of the industry.
HR can do lot in the company. What you have written is very basic and belongs to the duties of erstwhile Personnel Management. Nevertheless, to know what you can do further, you may click the following link:

Hello sir,
I am working in a group of companies where there is a hospital, an academy, a coworking space company wherein they provide space to investors, free lancers and start ups etc. I am the only and HR of whole group. My senior told me that i should search works own but i am unable to understand.Kindly suggest !!!
