Hi,
Two of our production team employees have completed their B tech degree and now looking for salary appreciation from company, both have joined 6 month back to company.
Till the time we do not have such policy in company regarding it..
This is for one of our production/manufacturing unit.
Could you please share me any such kind of formatted policy so I’ll take inputs.

Acquisition of a degree itself cannot be the sole basis for a salary hike. Nevertheless, a few questions arise from your post.
Verification of Degree Acquisition
A B.Tech degree can only be pursued through a regular course. How have your employees managed to acquire this degree while working in your company? What is the duration of this course, and from which university have they obtained it? Have you verified the authenticity of their degree certificates? How long have these employees been working in your company?
Consideration for Promotion
Now that the employees have attained a graduation degree in engineering, assuming it to be legitimate, they should be considered for a position that requires a basic qualification of an engineering graduation. This could be more of a case of "Employee Promotion Policy" rather than just a salary hike. Evaluate both employees using a "Promotion Suitability Form" and consider their candidature.
At present, you may inform them that their candidature will be reviewed when a vacancy arises for a position that necessitates a B.Tech qualification.
Thanks,
