hii i have terminated an employee and now the employee is not accepting her full and final docs i.e sal slip, severance pay and tenure certificate and not signing no dues certificate. so we are emailing the docs. so what should be the matter acknowledging the same.

Send her the documents and the cheque for the settlement by registered post. It should be adequate.

Some Managers wisely terminate the employee and when problem comes; as in the instant case; rush to CiteHR for speedy remedy. They should also; as an employee introspect their fate; if similar situation comes for himself. Whether or not to accept NDC. If the Co. has followed Due process/natural justice to terminate service- reason for termination - not disclosed- F&FS may be posted to him as suggested by Seniors. We hope to hear from the queriest for the outcome with reason for Termination etc.,

Send hard copies of all the documents through Registered post with Acknowledgement due if he did not receive the same you display in the company notice board and credit the settlement amount in his bank account.
