salary issue, i have submite my official resignation on 3rd of November'15 and company promise me that your FNF(full and Final) done within 45 days and we will credite your sallay in you account within given timline, now 45 days has been complete but still company not paid my sallary, hr also sent me the confirmation email that your sallary will be credited in your account in within 45 days, but two month left but still they people not crideted my sallary, i have walk up to them more then 10 times but they people not responce me and not reply on my email, please suggest me what can i do, they people not pay any employe salary after regination, they people eat all they employes salary, i am very thank full to you if you help me on this concern, i am very fed up with this, especially with a situation that has existed for a long time, please help me i need my salary,

If your salary is less than 18000/-, you can raise the complaint with the labour officer ( Dy. commissioner of labour) at your area under payment of wages act. They will take necessary action to release your payment with interest.
