Ranjan,

1. Do you have up-to-date position descriptions and person specifications for all the staff positions?

2. Have you completed a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis on ALL your staff and correlated that with the skills needed by each person?

Before you ask for a "Training Program" determine exactly what your company needs first. Firing a shot in the dark as you have done with your posting is useless. It will also cost your company a lot of money, most of which will be wasted if you do not provide your staff with the training they NEED.

Plenty of people will tell you that they can train your staff - yet they have no idea what it is you really need. I certainly would be happy to take your money and give you nothing of value in return for it.

I have said it before, I will say it again, and I will keep on saying it - Training is NOT a one size fits all proposition.

All EFFECTIVE training must be tailored specifically to the company, and to the individuals requiring the training. In essence that means that YOU must design the training for your company. We don't know your company or your staff, so we cannot do it for you.

If you are not a Trainer, then your company should outsource this project.

If you need help with Training Needs Analysis, Training Calendars etc, then please use the Research Box at the top of each page here at CiteHR. There is a fantastic wealth of material already posted here for you to use.
