Hi Team, can anyone help me with a cost-effective recruitment and L&D budget for a mid-sized IT/ITES company? I am in the process of supporting an organization in setting up their HR team. Please help me.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. What if I tell you that the manpower plan for 2015-2016 is, let's say, 130, and the company does not have any history of a recruitment budget as such? How would you go about creating the budget?
