Hello,
I had worked with TCS for 3 years and then resigned and quit via proper channel. I withdrew my PF and received FFS letter also, via TCS corporate account.
Now after 2 years I need my releiving or service certificate for an urgent purpose. Unfortunately my entire TCS document folder seems to have been lost or entirely misplaced. What can I do in this case. I have sent a mail to TCS Corporate FFS team (awaiting their reply :( ).
1. Do the company reissue experience letter or service certificate.
2. I have FFS letter with my date of joining, date of resignation, my designation, my reason for resignation and my other details(in mail mail, sent from TCS corporate account). I also have access to TCS alumni site with my employee ID, my profile and my last few salary slips etc. Can they be used in company instead of experience letter.
Please advice, I am in a great fix now.
Regards,
Amit

Dear Amit,
All is not lost. Save the bank statements. You can even get it from the bank if you can't place them now. Please download the proof of you being a part of the alumni . The firm will reissue you the documents. Till then save the communications you had with them.
Wish you all the best !
