Dear All,
I work in an IT firm and an employee absconded from the organization.
In our organization, if an employee wants to quit, then he/she has to serve the notice period of 2 months. Also, at the time of joining the employee has to sign the bond for a period of 1 year. The employee who absconded neither served the notice period not completed one year with the company.
We don't want to take legal action against him/her but we have to send him termination letter.
now i need your help for crate termination letter by clearly stating all the violations by him..
Please help me.....

Hello Jiya,
Please share if your employer has issued any show case notice to employee.
* If not shared yet please issue 1st Show case notice to him/her at Postal Address via register ad.
* If not getting any reply issue another Showcase notice in 7 Days of time period.
* If not received the reply again issue another Showcase notice.
* Inform your concern labour department.
* If not received the reply, (post the advertisement in news paper and inform him/her that if your not able to attend the office on XYZ date we will terminate your candidature with us), these step is optional.
* On Final letter issue Termination letter with full and final settlement.
Seniors please put more lights on this.

we don't want to take any legal actions,we just want to send him termination letter by post.
so i need your help crate termination letter by clearly stating all the violations by him because i have seen lots of termination letter on cite hr but i want to make some thing different letter for termination.

-1st advertise thru local newspaper himself as absconding & seeking his presence to report to company. grant 15 days else failure leads to termination.
-subsequently send him termination order mentioning circumstances & for failure of presence & reporting to company.
