Sorry to disappoint you , but just by learning SAP HR or Oracle HRMS will not necessarily get you a job .
Unfortunately , there are few fresher openings , so what you have heard is true that requirements in the SAP market starts from 2-3 years .
Regarding the question of choosing SAP HR or Oracle HRMS , i would say both are equally good and reputed companies , both are market leaders in terms of ERP .
Why don't you concentrate on your core HR Skills , i am sure that you could land up with a good job, there are good openings in core HR domains also .
