Dear sir,

i had joined one of the top most mnc one month ago, but due to my family problem i left that job in 7 days (in training period ) without served any job leaving notice at that time i spoke with my all managers but they didn't tell me anything about resignation. few days later i got two letters in different two days in that letter they mentioned "unauthorized abscent from work , and you hereby directed to report to work on or before ------- date and they mentioned if you have any queries plz get in touch but i didn't contact any one, and now i got 3rd letter in that they have mentioned i have to pay some thousand rupees to the company in five days otherwise they will take legal action against me , but i am not able to pay any amount.

I haven't submitted resignation letter to my manager/HR at the time of resignation. and in appointment letter they mentioned that "1. at the time of formally resigning from service you shall have to serve notice period of 60 days.”but they haven’t mentioned any rule or regulation related to abscond.

but Terms and condition of employement:

1.seperation from the compant: under they have mentioned

A:when you formally resign from the service of the company, the compant may , at it’s discretion , permite you to

1.adjust the vacation accumulated toward part of the notice period

2.pay up for the notice period in leave their of on your annual gross compansation.

so i want to know that if i do not pay money so what kind of legal action they will take against me ?

kindly guide me.

Dear Suraj,
The answer for your query is posted by yourself in 2nd para. Read it carefully.......
It would be better you should discuss with them and solve the matter in a polite manner. Keep your professional carrier very clear which will be helpful for you.
I hope they will cooperate with you as your services were for very few days.
Best of luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Suraj,
Go and meet your employer directly and apologize for your absence. Explain about your absence to duty if you have any valuable reason.
But if they are going to tell you to pay the above said amount, then you must pay it as it already mentioned in your offer letter.
Moreover you did not respond to their letters too.
In future avoid these kind of behaviors with any employer because this is not the right attitude.

Dear Mr. Suraj
Henceforth before joining any company especially MNC companies you have to be very careful. Because your attitude will create bad impression and it may disturb your career. It is better you go and meet the respective managers and explain your real problem politely and carefully or if you want to take further leave to settle your family issues you can explain to them provided if they are ready to extend the leave. Otherwise request for minimum damages and pay immediately to overcome this issue.
Discussing in person will solve lot of misunderstanding.
