Respected Seniors, I have been working in a Pvt Ltd company for the past 7 months. I can't decide which appraisal technique I should use (though I want to opt for a 360-degree appraisal). The employee strength is 33 (Head office staff only). The company is involved in manufacturing organic fertilizers and PGRs, retailing tractors of the top company in India, and also in advertising. I am not much involved with the manufacturing employees. I am the only person in the HR Department without any training or guidance from anyone here. Please guide me on how I should go about it. It would be a great help if some precise formats are attached.

Thank you.

As this company is in manufacturing and you don't have much guidance here, I would suggest going ahead with the normal performance appraisal cycle. During this process, the manager rates their subordinates based on the set and achieved Key Results Areas (KRAs) and recommends further actions to be reviewed by their reviewing manager. This approach will save time and be more effective and efficient for you as well.

Let me know if more information is required on this topic.
