I would appreciate if you can take some time out and fill in this sheet and send it across to me. You may share your current or previous employer/s details.This is just for our internal reference for a market survey on HR policies and I ensure you that this data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed with other employers or on any of the social networking sites.
