I am an HR Recruiter in an IT training institute where we train students in different IT courses such as C, C++, Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Web Technologies, Spring & Hibernate, Manual Testing, Selenium, Python, and Django. We are actively seeking placements for the students who have completed training at our institute.

We are interested in reaching out to IT companies to explore opportunities for conducting campus drives or other recruitment initiatives for our students. We want to establish a partnership that benefits both our students and the companies we collaborate with.

If you could provide guidance on how to draft a proposal requesting the involvement of an IT company in recruiting our students, it would be greatly appreciated. We are not looking for any mutual benefit, but rather, we aim to create valuable opportunities for our students to kick-start their careers in the IT industry.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,
Bindu

Could it be better, if you make out a draft of the proposed letter and put up in this Forum for review of senior members? We will be too glad to give directions
