Hi all,
Presently I am working with partner firm and now they are making Pvt. ltd. however, they have given me all responsibility related to this therefore, I just need to confirm that is it mandatory for all pvt. ltd. companies to get compliance of PF & ESI or there is a criteria of no. employees.
Currently only 7 people are working in our company.

If you can manage your company with only 7 employees or maximum of 9 employees then you need not to comply the PF & ESI. But if you increase the strength beyond that limit, then obviously you must comply with statutory requirements.
Please check whether your area is exempted from ESI Coverage. If so then you need not to cover the ESI. You can make alternative arrangement instead of ESI (if declared as Exempted area)..
You can directly contact the PF Enforcement Officers of your region, who can guide you about the PF compliance. If the strength is in considerable level then he will give you advise regarding the formation of PF Trust for your company/group of companies.
