Hi
I m working with pvt Ltd company under ESIC salary slab. I was on maternity leave from
1st April to 30th June'13. as per yearly performance appraisal in the month of April 2013
actual arrears was paid in the month of Aug'13 to employees for the period April to Aug'13 except myself because as per company attendance I was on leave & salary payment for the maternity leave period is done from ESIC
Please advise shall I approach to company for arrears amount of increment for the period April to June'13 or ESIC.
