Dear Sir,
I have salary Rs. 15500/-.
PF is deducated from my salary on Rs. 10000/-.
But now i want that pf would not be deducted from my salary.
So, is it possible??, if yes please let me know the clarification

Dear Parimal,
PF deducted on Basic salary.. you can not stop your EPF Contribution now..
Only at the joining time if you fill form-11. and submit to your employer.. then you can stop your EPF contribution...

Dear Parimal, Once you become a PF member,it is mandtory for the meployer to deduct PF.Even if you chnage your job, the new employer will have to give you PF compiulosirly. Regards, Sumeet

Legally it is not possible.
In papers, Exit from this company for 3 months and work in that company where pf not applicaple like below 10 people.
then come back in your company, fill form no 11 about no previous employer was deducting.
Than it may possible.
But this is paper adjustment. Not a legal and right way.

You can do so by filling Form 11 but it is not advisable; instead you can decrease / restrict the deduction on your salary of Rs.6500/- instead of 10,000/-. EPF and FPF is an oldage fund of a persons family and no person is allowed to make the money to be fraudulently used for any other purpose.
