Dear All
Please help me.During a interview, they ( Employer ) told me that haw many labels are in the settlement with labour unions and I was answerless, so any one have the answer of above question please let me know.
Secondly pleasetell me about the functions of IR to hendle labour unions.
It will be very great help to me.

First is Grievance Redressal Cell : It constitutes 2 Representatives from Employer and 2 Representatives from Workers.
Second : Arbitration
Third Concialiation.
Fourth : Adjudication.
