Dear members,
Seeking for your help,
I am a HR working in manufacturing firm, and had to terminate an employee in admin department without any notice due to irrespective behaviour and non performance, in past months she has been warned for low performance but as there was no HR they didnt give any warning letter.
Is there any legal action can be taken by employee if she didnt completed 6 Months in company. Please give me the appropriate solution to draft the mail in reply of that employee who claimed for the compensation against not giving the notice period for termination.
Urgent

No legal action can be taken if the employee leaves the company before the 6 months. It is better you give a fresh notice explaining the wrong committed by him and ask his reply for not terminating him. After that he will reply and you can say that his reply is not satisfactory and you can terminate him.
