Vikas Is PF Interest (currently at 8.5% pa i guess) payable on MONTHLY COMPOUNDING BASIS (as shown in your attached sheet)? Rgds Sujeet
Is labour laws the updated version as the ESI salary slab states Rs.10000 which has been revised. rgds Shany
u can put 8.5% instead of 9.5%
whats % u looking in the table, if this value is not accordance with your previous one, then you can put previous % value.
this table basically signifying that how to calculate the pf interest.

Can anyone please calculate the PF Settlement,
I worked from 1 apr 2010 to 18th may 2011.
Basic salary was 4000.
PF contribution was 480.
What is the amount should i get as settlement.
Chethan R

dear sir, my basic salary now is Rs.25380 and i have completed 17yrs of service in one organisation. Wht’ll be my pension?
Last basic /70*working year.
if you completed 3 more years then you will get 2 year more pension year bonus.
it means that if you completed 21 years service then your pension will be ;ast basic/70*23 years
remember one thing if your basic wages is more than 6500 per month then it will be counted on 6500

Dear Mr Vikas, This is an excellent brief on various laws. I was looking or such material for a long time and now I got just what I was looking for. Thank you many times please
