Actually, I was very frustrated with my boss. My boss recruited an Assistant Manager for HR. I reported to this boss, and he blamed me for his mistakes. As a result, I resigned from my position as an HR Executive. I have now joined a new unit. I am feeling tense because this unit started in Oct-2011, and I am the only person handling HR responsibilities. The manufacturing process involves measuring tapes, etc. Could you please guide me on whether this is the best situation for me or not?

Working in a manufacturing unit is going to make you stronger as an HR person. Initially, it will be a struggle for you to cope with employees and managing labor inspectors, but after working for at least 1 to 2 years, you will be fit to work in any kind of environment.
