Hi Everyone,
Would like to know as why the company provides job to the experienced person rather than the freshers.Unless and untill company wont give job to freshers how freshers will gain experience. Its my worst experience since i wasted one and half year in searching job in finance sector.Got experience in HR Recruitment.Currently working as Accountant cum receptionist as looking for finance or accounts sector.Still searching job for same field.Do let me know even for any of the openings.

Hi,
Really well said, with out giving a job for freshers , how they can get experience. Even I too agree with you.
Even me too same story yaar. Done with MBA HR(2010) , didn't get a Good Job in HR (all Recruiter's jobs only that too very very less pay.) Now me joined in one software company into quality side for the time being and financially for some help. And also doing some alternative courses for getting into CORE HR job.
What to do yaar, lets hope for the best!!!
Regards,
Santosh

Do you think that Recruitment is not a part of HR? Or the role of a recruiter is very low? Why someone will pay high to the Fresher...when they yet need to learn and get trained?
