Hello everyone,

I'm working in a Bangalore-based company as a management trainee, and my first project is on value cascading. Can anyone please suggest a few ways of proceeding in cascading values? There are existing values of the company, and my task is to make each value imbibed as their way of life.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello,

Now I have finished collecting data on management's view on each value of the company. I have to select a few role models who represent those values so that people can relate to them and keep those values in their minds, or relate to stories for each different value, as half of the people whom I'll be explaining these values to don't know English. So, it has to be very simple and easily understandable. Those values are integrity (Abdul Kalam), customer-driven excellence (NOKIA/TITAN), belief in our team, care for the individual (LIC), value our partners, and Beyond business (Anna Hazare, Baba Amte). Kindly suggest if you have any better role models in mind for these values.

Thanks & Regards,

I have to design a training module for executives and front-end employees after completing behavioral indicators for each value. I am currently working on it and would like to receive some suggestions from people at citeHR and a few games to be included as icebreakers and team-building activities. Some of the games I have found are BINGO, Mine Field, Two Truths and a Lie, BANG, and Maroons.

Kindly help with this.

Thanks & Regards,
Puja
