I am Prashant Thakur,Working as HR Executive in a production unit. My company did not hav any Hr dpt. earlier but now they want to start. And they have appoint me for that(Have less experieance). Now i want to know
1. From where i should start?
2. In my company permanent,contract and without contract employees are working.What will be the Leave Policy for them???

My compant manufacture automotive component such as hose and having 70 staff and 150 + employee..
