After completion of two months from the date of resignation, one can withdraw his deposit amounts both from EPF & EPS together with interest . After completion of nine years six months service, one can withdraw his deposit amount from EPF only. EPS amount cannot be withdrawn. Pension can be drawn after completion of 58 years of age.
