Hi, I am doing my MBA in Retail Management and am currently undergoing my project training in an HR topic, which is Performance Management. I need to know about competency mapping. Generally, what kind of job profiles require competency mapping? Can anyone give me a step-by-step practical process of how it is undertaken in an organization?
