Responsibilities of HR Executive:
• Check the attendance records of employees and manage all employees to maintain punctuality.
• Induct new employees and explain the organization to them.
• Maintain the selection, recruiting, and appointing of employees as per industrial laws.
• Conduct training and development programs as prescribed by the HR Manager.
• Conduct appraisal programs as prescribed by the manager or as per industrial and labor laws.
• Prepare salary statements, calculate Provident Fund, HRA, and other benefits.
• Maintain insurance records like Health Insurance, ESI Act, and Minimum Wages Act. The HR Executive should manage these properly so employees can receive these benefits.
• Employee satisfaction is essential for the organization. If an employee works properly and stays in the organization for a long time, satisfaction is crucial.
