Please help me.I have 8 months expierience as HR Generalist in a mid level market research company in DELHI/NCR where I was paid 15000 from start and no incentives.My question is:-
Is is ok for my career growth if I go for consultancy and confine myself to recruitment?
What are growth prospects in Consultancies in DElhi NCR?
Where earning is more consultancy or company in HR Generalist profile?
What is avg earning of HR Generalist around 8 months expierience & therafter?
How much one earns through consultancy

As far as I'm concerned any HR professional life will start with a consultancy and one who is career growth oriented must not confine to it. With the experience of 8 months may be some companies will not offer you a job of HR Generalist and if they are offering so, I think it would be the best to go with that job. Generally in comapnies the HR Generalist will get upto 18K per month and take home will be some 15K to 16K.

It is always advisable to start with Company whether it is Generalist profile or Recruitment profile as this can help you in future prospects.
If you start with consultancy it is sometimes difficult to change the job to Company as companies usually don't prefer candidates from consultancies.
