Firstly your docs are very useful and thanks for that.
I have worked for an SME two years before where i used to get the salary directly in hand and travel allowance in hand. The company din't had any payslip or PF sort of system.
Now my new recruiter is asking for a breakup of the entire CTC. I can obtain the same from my old recruiter but i don't how to perform the same.
Can you assist me accordingly Plzz,,, ASAP....

I am working in a pvt company which provides engineering maintenance services to various industries.
We are having 30 technicians in specified industries whereas we are paying the salary as Rs 7500 to Rs 12000 as gross according to their experience.
In payslip we are mentioning that
1) basic = 4500 ( same to all technicians)
2) HRA=50% of basic
And remaining amount we are paying as special allowance and other allowances.
But our client is very strict not to mention the special/other allowances in payslip .
The special allowances are also differing and increase according to their gross and over time hours. Please suggest me what should we mention in that place . As all are same designation , Is there any rule to maintain same payslip format for all and all type of allowances which will mention for a single should be same for all.
