Dear Mr. Das,
Always be clear in your question, as clarity will help others guide you in your times of need. Instead of asking generic questions (for which you can find answers on Google's website), be specific.
With warm regards,

Hi Shahana,
There are plenty of interesting topics available in the HR field. It would be really great if you consider moonlighting. Under this topic, you can write about why an employee wants to change his company, his workplace environment, his family, health and safety, advantages, and disadvantages of the current company, etc.

Hi Das,
I am sorry that none of us answered your question, since your question is so generic. Recruitment tools can include a job portal, employee referral, campus recruitment, etc. Every recruiter would choose one or more tools based on their requirements.

Joyceajaf,
That was a great way of giving an answer to the question. I shall visit the site myself. HR practitioners must know that the HR field is still a growing field where most practitioners just find themselves working in it. The need then arises to educate yourself along the way. The longer you have spent in the industry, the more exposed you are. One must not discourage new practitioners in the field from learning what they do not know. John in Oz take note of that.

Sudipa,
As someone rightly mentioned, job portals, employee referrals, and campus recruitments are the various tools which we use depending upon the requirement. Out of these, employee referral and campus recruitment are the most cost-effective (negligible cost) followed by the portals where you have an option of subscribing to the different available packages for getting access to the CVs available in the portal (Naukri is generally preferable). In case of critical profiles, you can always take the services of Recruitment consultants.
On this site, you can find various articles which show ways and means to foster the employee referral system in your company.

John is asking about a recruitment tool, not recruitments. Yes, about the recruitment tool - a tool that encompasses every feature within the recruitment process, starting from the generation of the opening and working through until candidates join. I know of a recruitment software with the latest functions called eRekruit. For more details, please log on to [Erekruit- End to End Recruitment Software Solutions](http://pd-value.com) ( [Search On Cite](https://www.citehr.com/results.php?q=Erekruit End to End Recruitment Software Solutions) | [Search On Google](https://www.google.com/search?q=Erekruit End to End Recruitment Software Solutions) ). I hope you will find enough information from this link.
