- First Trick: Dont bother about grammar initially. Speak Raw English.
- second Trick: Stress important words in a every sentence: Ex: CiteHR is the best HR portal in the world. In the above sentence Stress the words CiteHR, The Best.
- Third: use accent and style to hide grammar mistakes
- Fourth:Give presentations in front of Mirror
- Fifth: First learn how to ask questions including all Do, W and H questions. So that you can finish half the conversation effectively.
- Sixth: Use u know, u see, like , hmmm initially if want

First of all, try to speak in English as much as possible. While speaking consider English as a tool of expressing your thoughts rather than skill. It will help you overcome hesitation, fear and give you fluency.
Secondly, emphasize on vocabulary. Read news paper/dictionary, watch english movies.
Third, learn basic grammar,,,avoid silly mistakes (like I wants to be good in English)
