I'm a B.Tech IT student. I want to speak English fluently with proper practice (now I'm able to speak at this stage), but I am not satisfied with my spoken skills. I want to improve my communication skills. So, please provide any tips.

I too agree with Mr. Jacob's suggestions. But one thing you should keep in mind is that you should be determined in what you want to achieve and be strong-minded. Don't drop your plan in between. Practice and revise what you have learned (if you are attending some language classes); you will surely reach your goal.
