I worked for Accenture from 2005 to 2007 and requested them to transfer my PF to my new company, DBOI Operations. However, they informed me that the transfer was completed from their end. Last year, after quitting DBOI, I opted for the withdrawal of my PF account only to discover that the Accenture PF money had not been transferred.
In need of the funds for a critical purpose, I requested DBOI to process the withdrawal. However, I received the PF money related to DBOI and not Accenture. Both companies are directing me to check with each other, and nobody is providing an update on my pending Accenture PF account.
My PF account is located in Mumbai, and I am currently working in Bangalore. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any resolution. I possess all the necessary details regarding my Accenture PF account.
Could anyone suggest how to proceed in this matter? I appreciate any assistance provided.

Dear Kalai,
Please fill Form 19 with the details of PF in Accenture. If you have access with Accenture, get it endorsed by them. If you are unable to get it endorsed by them, obtain the endorsement from a Bank Manager or a Gazetted Officer. Submit the endorsed form to the concerned (Mumbai) RPFC.

Thank you so much! It makes sense to me now. Last but not least, as I raised a request for the transfer earlier and it has not been completed so far, I am unsure of its status. How can I locate my PF account to determine whether it is with DB Mumbai RPFC or Accenture Mumbai RPFC? I have withdrawn from DB by submitting a cancellation letter for the transfer.
