Dear Friend,
If employer is not willing to sign on your pf claim form, even though u can claim duly signed you by furnish all details along with a/c copy of your bank account its mandatory now for to claim pf,leave blank at authorized signatory.and enclose covering letter stating "employeer n't willing to sign on claim form. dont take gazeet signatory on your form, it should be happend at the time of establishment is closed.
I hope it would be helpful to you,

Even I don’t understand.. As far as I know, PF account is on the name of employee only not on the name of company.. I think he can claim for PF.

Hi,
U can withdraw EPF accumulation without signature of your employer, just fill up the form sign it and take counter signature of your Bank manager for veryfication of signature and submitt at your RPF office, along with covering letter addressing Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, write about non co-operative attitude of your employer.

Friends,
If you want to claim pf,as per provision u have to take signatory of employer to claim,if not fill the form with all details.leave blank at employer signatory, submit form along with covering letter as i said earlier stating actual reason orelse upto you and submit dont forget to take acknowlto edgement of that covering letter(take two copies for acknowledge) one is to enclose and nother one is acknowledge for member.then pf authority will send inspector to get it sign on claim form,ie actually process.
