Is it a pharma Marketing Company or Manufacturing Company you working for. In case of marketing you will have to be precise in Employee contracting or Off role employee policies, in which be also clear of the Jurisdiction of courts etc.
Because its union driven you will have to give detail for each policy and Bi-laws. The policies does not change much from the regular IT company policies , which is already posted in CITEHR, you will have to make few modifications in time and days of work , and also nature of job. Rest all i think are same industry standards.
