Dear Sir,

Company is into Educational Services and upcoming vertical is ERP in HRM.
Workforce is 12.
Yes, we are planning to include SL, PL, CL. Regarding this, if you can help me in detail with how the structure of Leave Policy should be and what the policy should be, also how to do it in Excel. Please guide me on the procedure.
