Dear Sir,
The company is in Educational Services, and our upcoming vertical is ERP in HRM. The workforce consists of 12 employees. Yes, we are planning to include Sick Leave (SL), Paid Leave (PL), and Casual Leave (CL). Regarding this, if you can help me in detail with how the structure of the Leave Policy should be and what the policy should entail, as well as how to implement it in Excel, I would appreciate it. Please guide me on the procedure.
