According to the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 section 1(3)(b) it applies to every establishment in which 20 or more persons are employed on any day during an accounting year & thus BPO is also covered under this Act.
Can you pls let me know how this bonus is applicable ? is this even applicable for contract employees? and pls tell me on what basis bonus will be calculating? as of now i have not received any bonus payment from my company.
