One company has multiple locations. Employees can be transferred from one location to another. The company can pay bonuses to the employees based on their current location, or the company has to pay bonuses according to each location.

For example, if an employee has worked for 3 months at Location A and 9 months at Location B, then the bonus payment for Location A has to be paid from Location A for the 3 months and for the last 9 months from Location B. Alternatively, can the company pay a 12-month bonus from the employee's last location B?

Bonus Payment Location

In FORM C, is it also prepared based on the payment location or the actual working location of the employee?

How do you maintain the salary register - location-wise or centralized? You can similarly manage the Form C register. If you are maintaining it centrally, organize the data by location and keep a copy at each location.

Thank you for your reply. We are maintaining the salary register location-wise. Do we have to prepare Form C location-wise, or can we prepare one Form C for all locations and make a photocopy to send to each location for factory records in case of factory inspection or other statutory inspections?
