Hi sir now i got my PM salary 11483 per month with all deduction my gross salary is 12500rs per month, i m joined my company key computers, nagpur in 1st july 2007, that time my gross salary is 7000 n net salary is 6442, here we find that my yearly increment is not as per the govt. Rule, as per acceptation, and also not get the dipawali bonous from last 2 year, in this case what i can do or can make legal action against the company about the salary increment per year, there is any provission or possibilites about to increase the salary with proper chanel..pls sugest or
advice its urgent..

I Am Prasanna, As per ESIC act we have to deduct from basic salary i mean gross salary.
some companies don't pay HA, Travel Allowences etc. then how to calculate esic from salary?
