Dear Rajamsu,
After leaving service you are eligible to withdraw PF. Fill form 19, get endorsed from the employer and submit to converned RPFC Office.
Kindly note that process for withdrawal can be started immediately on three occasions.
1. On superannuation.
2. Marriage of self or brother/sister/son/daughter falls immediately.
3. Journey to abroad.
In rest of all other conditions, you have to wait for two months to apply for PF withdrawal.
