Thank u very much for your wonderful attachement. It is not only questions, you have also given answers for the questions. Hence i suggest you to change the name as "Questions & Answers on labour laws". One thing is missing that is the great FACTORIES ACT" which every body come accross every day. Can u post Factories Act?

A yeoman work which you have done to HR fraternity.
Keep it up. Keep posting. You should have added Factories Act ? Of course it is a major work. Most of our HR fraternity are being placed at Factories.
