Dear
it depends upon registration by employer,if he has done registration for certain period than he has to do fresh registration and you will take fresh licence.
Otherwise same licence will be legal

Dear Friend,
Mr. Malik is talking very relevant to your query as the Registration of the establishment decides the no. of licence u may have to be taken, if the establishment has 3 different registrations than u r supposed to take 3 different licences under the respective registrations.

Dear Gautam,
Yes, if the Contractor is engaging 10 or more persons, labour license is required even if it is for a single day. As per law, no contractor can engage 10 or more labourers inside a factory premises without a license.

dear it depends on the nature of work, limit of number of employees if you fullfill the requirement of licence there is no problem. otherwise it requires amendment in your RC and Licence.
