Please advice how to write final settlement letter for an employee :confused::!:

This is not OK....
PF is not supposed to be in the F & F settlement slip.
Deductions must be shown wirh all details.
According to me, this document should be sent by Regd. AD & not thru' courier....

Thats true.. PF cannot be shown in final settlement letter. Settlement letter should only carry your office related transcations. regds, Reena Banerjee
P.F can be mentioned if it is maintained thru TRUST and paying alongwith settelment. Regards, Girish

Dear Rizwan bhai, Please add tax/TDS deduction becuase after full & final settlement,it is more difficult to deduct tax/TDS from the employee side. Best Regards Sajid Ansari

for full and final settlement first you haveto demand the mangement to release your pending salary and expence reimburshment through register letter.after 15 days youhave to send a legal notice to the mangement sating that if they not release the pending that you may file the COMPUTATION CLAIM PETITION BEFORE THE LABOUR COURT UNDER SECTION 33C(2) OF INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT 1947. DEFINATELY THEY REALSE YOUR FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
