Could you please tell me the ideal or standard role of an HR Generalist in Training & Development? Apart from induction training, does organizing training sessions for staff members or conducting soft skills sessions also fall under the role of an HR generalist profile? I would be very grateful to all the members if they could shed some light on my query and list all the activities related to Training & Development handled by HR generalists.
